For anyone who wants to be "driven up the wall" while in Bali, I came across something that I haven't noticed before while out on one of my demanding and athletic morning walks.
The fact that I haven't noticed it before is interesting, because it is at least 4 storeys high and quite imposing.
There has been demolition in front of it, so it's either new or was just hidden before (although I can't remember seeing any promotions anywhere)
This one of those fibre glass or resin walls that one can abseil up or down and I suppose is of value or interest to anyone interested in rock climbing.
If walking back towards Legian from Kuta Galeria (Alta Moda/Serba Antik), cross the bridge and on the corner of Jl Majapahit there is new development taking place.
The climbing wall backs onto this.
In the same area there is a good lady dentist and also a small local graveyard.
If I used the climbing wall the proximity of the graveyard would be handy.
