All these items have been imported from the West, and have no basis in Balinese Hindu practices or beliefs.
Indeed, they are used by clever & unscrupulous people who know how uncertain and ignorant so many foreigners are.
They give REAL healers, who base their practices on Sacred Texts known as Usada, a bad name.
I'm sorry if I am disappointing anyone. There IS a very strong local spiritual tradition, but you won't find it in Tarot cards or the Yoga Barn.
And you have to do a bit of work to get there....
