Expedia Package

I am flying out tomorrow with Air Asia, so far am unable to do manage my booking and order meals for our flights...is it because it is an Expedia package ?? Can anyone help ? And maybe even advise if I can order and pre pay at check in on Perth ?? Thanks in advance :)
