Opinions on 4 hotels please

Looking at staying somewhere different for our 8th visit and seeking opinions on the following:
Maharani Beach Hotel, Mercure Kuta, The Kuta Beach Heritage Hotel or the Kuta Seaview Boutique Resport. We are a married couple early 50's, surfers,young at heart, kids stay home this time :) Thank you for your opinions.
