Have travelled to Nusa Lembongan in Jan, a couple of times. There were sea lice while snorkelling. Was ok for awhile then got annoying, lit was like mild stings but no marks. Think it depends on time of year, depth of water, currents etc. swam in shallow water at NL and no problem. Snorkelled at Gilli Islands in the past and was fine there, no sea lice.
