you can purchase adaptors pretty much anywhere in the Kuta/Legian etc area.
A good idea if travelling regularly to Bali is to purchase a 4 or 6 way extension board in Australia and get the plug removed and fit the two pin with earth electrodes Indonesian plug in its place.
This gives plenty of outlets for phones etc.
Bali Baby Care in Kuta used to sell these and probably still have some.
