For starters, it's green and thus camouflaged against the dense lush foliage of the SBV grounds. Patrons will waste precious time searching for it.
The old and well loved BRE clashed and was a beacon in a sea of green for quick and easy access. A guiding light for those in need of amber cleansing.
I pray that this new addition doesn't occupy the same hallowed patch of earth where the BRE once stood......and fell. (sniff, sniff).
I wonder what Hanoi will make of all this.
