I use a wheelchair and it is a life saver. If you haven't done it already notify the airline that you will need a wheelchair. Before landing in Bali remind the staff that you will need a wheelchair as they may need to call ahead. When the plane lands you are usually last off. You sometimes have to go down the stairs and get to the terminal where the chair is waiting or if the plane has a bridge the wheelchair will be brought to you. You then sail through immigration and VOA and wait for your luggage. Then you are pushed in the wheelchair to where your transport picks you up. You tip the wheelchair pusher and say thank you. It's a breeze.
