take you to the markets to buy the ingredients fresh for you. You don't want to do a cooking class where there are so many people you hardly get to do anything (learnt that one the hard way). Bamboo Shoots in Sunur is highly recommended on this forum on a regular basis. I am pretty sure most of the cooking schools also do pickup from your hotel.
