hold more rice than say a Kambrook cheapie and they also keep it warm longer and better.
Ideal if you are feeding a lot of people or want it to last longer warm instead of decanting it and putting it in the fridge (if you dont eat it all) or having to cook more (if not enough)
They tend to last longer and are also generally inexpensive
I have a Kambrook cheapie and a Miyako ..and cook rice every day.
