I'm heading to Bali on 1 November and tried to book a VIP arrival service...after an intitial "Yes, we will meet you" I got this email:
"Unfortunately ALL VIP services are currently suspended at Bali Airport.
We are led to believe that the services may recommence in early November.
I will let you know later if we can help you on 1st November."
Perhaps there is a crack down...
