Not sure if everyone knows that Batan Waru restaurant (formerly opposite Water bomb Park)has moved to the front of new Lippo Mall in Tuban.
We tried the new restaurant on the original site but were not impressed. Think they're trying to look the same as Batan Waru but food not up to scratch the night we ate there.
Luckily we ran into someone who told us Batan Waru had moved to different location so we couldn't wait to eat our favourite food.
We enjoyed Beef Rendang, Kare Ayam and Sticky black rice dessert.
Also went to new Merah Putih, Jl. Petitenget No.100x, Kerobokan, a beautiful setting and amazing flavours from a unique menu. Certainly worth a night out for a treat.
Ultimo, Seminyak, great seafood pasta at great prices. Don't bother about the desserts as very ordinary.
