We booked in June when they had a sale for a flight in Mar 2015. They completed screwed the schedule around. Original flight had us departing Perth at 7am, the new schedule moved us to 5pm. We had already booked connecting flights from Bali to Surabaya with Citilink (Garuda's version of Jet*).
Not to mention the fact that they moved our departure flight from 4pm to 2:30am on the way back to Perth.
Just received a refund from Jetstar today and have booked with Garuda, got it for $415 return per person ex Perth, only a bit more $$ per pax and you get 30kg luggage, a meal, entertainment and a RELIABLE schedule.
