account could receive but couldn't send any emails from Bali.
Had to go into our account and sent the email from there.
I open an account in gmail( which was easy to do).
And have never had a problem sending emails when travelling.
It's a good to have anyway - if you change phone provider
You don't have change your email address..
Nothing to do with SIM card provider.
