Yes - just read the article and I must say that there is little in there that I really disagree with. Yes it is "just another long letter of complaint from a user" as you say Willow, but should a brand new airport such as this even be getting any letters of complaint, let alone "another long letter of complaint"?
The main complaint that I have, having used it 3 times already, is that it is merely a "departure" terminal, not a real dual purpose terminal. Yes there air bridges as every modern airport must have, but these, because they just hook up to departure gates, can never be used for arrivals. Everyone, from wherever, must be bused to the arrivals hall which is in no way welcoming to the arriving passenger, it is simply a barn - very very ordinary by NEW airport standards!!
