My wife is Indonesian and we fly Perth > Bali > Surabaya at least once a year. We did a massive order from iherb.com and took with us a whole year's supply of various multivitamins (read: thousands of tablets).
When we arrived in Bali they x-rayed our cases and noticed the tablets, then opened the bag and asked us what they were. When we pointed out that they were just multivitamins the guy did not care and proceeded to let us through.
If you only have 2-3 bottles they might not even open your case to see what they are.
