Great hotel with fantastic staff, used to stay there every time when in legian but nowadays stay closer to garlic lane for the wifes shopping [groan ;( ] one of the room boys there ( big agus) also doubles as a driver and had his own car( better than mine) he is very good, we use him often and he is reasonable and a nice guy with wife and 2 boys. Highly recommended
