have never had a problem with them. The aircraft is generally a 737-800LR (Long/extended Range). Its a Full Service flight, so in-flight meals, drinks (including alcohol) is included. Spirits and mixers are extra. If you have and iPad/tablet, you load the Virgin In-Flight Entertainment app before you leave home, or at the airport its free. You'll have a heap of entertainment enroute. with over 25 trips ex ADL, they've always been on time and reliable. the cabin crew have also been courteous and friendly. I've travelled with JetStar and have had no problems, apart for one late departure at DPS due to a "technical problem". Im travelling to Bali with them again in 5 weeks, and looking forward to the journey. Enjoy your flight and your time on Bali.
