I would use another jeweller, perhaps like Borabudur or Mayang but would be extremely careful with photo and other documented evidence prior and throughout.
The point about this thread is that many people on this forum have something of blind trust in Burhan and both my experience and now some coming back from others makes it clear that any such trust is misplaced.
I wish that I had seen a similar warning before I was stolen from.
