If so what about a day trip to Bedugul to visit the Bedugul Botanical Gardens and the Ulun Danu Temple.

You can take your car into the gardens if she is worried about a long walk. It's nice up in Bedugul but can get a bit chilly especually if you go to the temple on the lake in the afternoon.
Have you found places to stay in Bali with easy access in and out of pools? Would like to know if you don't mind as I know someone who can't use pool ladders.
