Just over a week ago when I was there they put a stop to chairs altogether.. All our group at .sams Bar went up and protested. That day they changed it to 5 chairs each bar at the start of the day. As people came to the bar they could go up to security and get more chairs as required for the amount of people waiting. Don't know what the whole idea is! One of the locals told me that they are no longer allowed to sit on them.
