Lembongan/Gili

Heading to Bali this month. Planning to go from Sanur to Lembongan stay 2 nights. Then go from Lembongan to Gili T for a few nights then return from Gili t back to Sanur.

Is this possible to do without having to return to bali from lembongan. We would prefer to go straight to Gili T from Lembongan.
Also any recommendations on fast boat and accommodation on Gili T.
