A few years ago got a number from open mini bus driver in the Hard Rock area. Mentioned to him date and time our family of 9 needed to be picked up and taken to international airport departures, he said no problems he will remember but I insisted taking his number, called him early arvo for early evening pick, no problems he said, he was more than 45 minutes late and dropped us at domestic. Not realising at first that we were at domestic, paid the fare, can't remember the amount, realised seconds after paying, driver still very close by, walked up to him and told him we would need to hop back in and he sped away, we had to run thru the car park, probably 15 minutes it took, only just made the flight. Never again.
