I think that Jetstar use the words "business class" quite liberally. There is NO comparison to Garuda's true business class which I prefer hands down.Having said that, I have flown from Melbourne in their BC and will be doing same next February. Only because of the sale fares that made it worthwhile. On Garuda, the seats are flat beds that lie down completely, on JS they only slightly recline. On Garuda you have a massive amount of leg room, on JS you have slightly more than economy.
The BC fares I got were only about $489 each so I figured for the extra luggage allowance, the "free" food and the fact there are only about 25 other passengers in the cabin with me, made it worthwhile.
