I have just posted the following on Telkom's face book as feed back, is anyone else experiencing the same lack of service?
Over the last month or so our Speedy service has amounted to approx 2.5 - 4 hours per day over the 12 hour period from 5.30 in the morning.
My son ******* has already brought this to you attention on many occasions without result.
Our phone line number is 0361 *** ***, I would appreciate if you could research this lack of service and advise an appropriate solution.
