Taxis, cars, and trucks drive up Poppies 1 all the time...no problem, some taxi drivers complain because it is narrow street. ..we always use Bluebird taxis and never had a problem.
I don't live in Bali (Northern NSW) but we, family and friends always stay at the Masa Inn
