a nice thing to do is visit the "Kecak Fire Dance" during sunset at Uluwatu temple, which is only 10 minutes from Jimbaran. Definitely worth seeing. And if you like to hang out on a beach which is actually clean with white sand I recommend Dreamland beach. Also on the road between Uluwatu and Jimbaran there are loads of SPA's, where you can get an houor massage for about IDR 50,000, which is about USD 4 :-) All near to each other, and if you rent a motorbike or car you will have a great day!
Further if you stay in the area of Bukit, on Sundays evening there is a sunset party at Single Fin at Uluwatu, with a DJ on the cliff and great views.
