Not many in that stipulated area (only as far up as the Melasti Resort)for that price for 8 people
3 bedroom villas often have a max of 6 people
Breakfast included is not that common either in cheaper villas.
There are always lots of places in the area for breakfast or perhaps you could negotiate/pay for housekeeping to provide as an additional benefit if breakfast is not included
Most of the ones I know of to suggest to look at are either over the budget, only take 6 if 3 bedroom or are situated closer to Jln Double 6 or north of the Melasti
