Your 4 year old will be provided with a meal.
In the past if you wanted a 'child's meal' it had to be requested/ordered before you fly otherwise they will get a meal the same as the adults...which may not be to their taste
The meal used to come with small toys/stuff for the kids (if they haven't run out)
Perhaps also pack some food of your own in case the 4 year old doesn't like the kids meal either :)
