flying to the Gili's is way too much hassle! You need to be 1,5 hour in advance at the airport, then you arrive in the center of the island of Lombok. You need to arrange a car to Bangsal, which will take you about 1,5 hour. And then you need to find a local boat that will bring you to your desired island, which departs when it is full. Better leave at 6.30am from your hotel, and arrive easily at 11.00am without hassle at your Gili island.
