Yes, after you exit arrivals, directly turn left and walk about 150-200m past all the touts and people holding signs. There's a proper taxi booking office there just like the old airport.
You also don't have to walk through the car park to hop into the taxi any more, the cars drive right up and you jump in.
Prices have gone up a bit, but that's quite evident all over Bali, it's not just taxis that are more expensive than they used to be.
