We've stayed at both - Swastika in March and Flashbacks the previous two years.
Flashbacks is much smaller and would be fine for just two days. Very small saltwater pool and no real verandah to bungalows. Nice continental breakfast at The Porch in front. Very friendly and efficient staff and excellent location.
Swastika is a lot bigger with three pools and a big choice of accommodation preferences. Good breakfast in nice location.
Both hotels are worthy of consideration.
