Bali Treetop Adventure Park within the Botanical Gardens, Bedugul.

We hired a driver to take us from Legian and paid at the booth at the park.
There is a cost to enter the park (Rp 18,000 each) that is separate from the Bali Tree Top ropes course which is contained within the park. You can take a wander through the gardens here.
Prices for the ropes course are on the web site but you may be able to get this cheaper at one of the tourist booths. Maybe take a print out from the website so you can compare. There is a recent posting on Trip Advisor warning against booking online.
There was a small charge to use the toilets of around Rp 1,000.
I understand there is now a café onsite whereas when we went you had to leave the park to find a restaurant. You could always take a picnic.
It tends to be cool in the mountain area so we always take something extra to throw on in need.
In the past we've always bought out tickets for Waterbom at the counter after picking up a discount voucher being offered on the street nearby. I don't know if that is still the case. Someone else may confirm,
