Anyway, I have a wealth of Indonesian people from all over here available to me.
One is translator for the police, Bahasa Indonesia to English.
All are of the view that it's just text book quoting and of no practical use whatsoever.
They also say that it is incorrect in spelling and context.
Of course, like your friend Burhan, you will be correct in this, but should I trust your version or the version of the dozen or so locals that I have shown your meaningless message to??
