Burhan is not disputing the work that was requested as it was a simple request.
The bracelet returned was not the bracelet that I left with him.
Simple as that.
The destroying of the supposed removed links made our argument difficult and was ideal cover for him.
Remember that when "our" bracelet was returned, the link count was the same as when it was left with him at 28.
There is no doubt whatsoever that the original bracelet was swapped for a very poor imitation.
I was surprised too, but fact is fact.
His loyal customers will stay, but I would never go near the place again.
