but the replacement change bracelet is very different to the one he was given.
The original had great sentimental value and was worn on a regular basis for 10 years.
This is not like a necklace, but in front of you for days months and years on your wrist.
The replacement had a different clasp, was a different colour and significantly smaller, and had the same number of links as the one originally left.
Burhan and I agree on the work required and what was to happen.
No wrong instructions and all that stuff.
The point of difference is that he says the bracelet returned to us is our original, which is a stupid claim to make as it is clearly not.
He states that melting the removed links (that have not been removed??!) was a mistake on his goldsmiths part.
He cannot explain why there are still 28 links in the returned bracelet....perhaps it's a miracle of some sort.
The point that you make is valid, and this is why I have posted this warning.
Do not get caught by this guy as I was.
