I preferred the one at St Regis to the one at Starfish Bloo.
I think mostly it was the fact that the one at Starfish Bloo is outdoors and I found it quite hot and uncomfortable most of the time. The food was good at both, but enjoyed the St Regis food just slightly more. The cocktails were a bonus but I can live without alcohol so that's not a deciding factor for me.
