Why! There is already a service charge built into daily rate,better known as ++ . Tax and service charge. If on the other hand you think you have received service above what is expected from a staff member by all means tip them on the day you leave. 50K to 100K would suffice. I personally would not hand it over to the manager, chances of the staff getting it are nil.
