If the hotel can be booked through agoda, hotels.com or booking.com you can book some hotels and not pay until you get there or at least closer to the dates. Depends where the best deal for the hotel is. Am doing that for some hotels for next august. Do not want to pay out money now and things change, at least would be able to cancel.
