Yes there is a noticeable difference. I have lines on my forehead and one between my eyes/eyebrows that is really quite deep (a frown line). My forehead now is nice and smooth and the big frown line is barely perceptible.
It is best to have it done when you first get there as you can then go back just before you leave and the Doctor can make any adjustments if required. It's not an instant effect so you won't notice much in the first few days, usually two weeks before the full affect takes place. If you get it done early, go for a late afernoon appointment as you shouldn't sweat heaps after having it done, and you shouldn't lie down flat for four hours afterwards. Other than that, it should not affect your holiday at all.
Re the saggy lids, botox freezes your muscle so I'm not sure if it would help for that. When you make an appt through the email address just say you are intersted in botox and consultation re your eyelids. Dr Jo asks what your concerns are first and then will make recommendations based on that but it is totally up to you what you purchase. When I had botox there the first time I went with a mate who gets it done regularly in Australia, she said the product used was the same and she was also very happy with the results
