I actually saw Friendly Dept Store on one of the dockets and just assumed that was there name. The best way to describe where it is situated is upon entry to Centro past breadtalk for example walk past the first set of escalators (which I think are down ones anyway). Take the second set (past the Haviana thong store in the middle)up. The shop you walk straight into is the department store I am talking about. We entered from the 3rd floor and this was ladies casual clothing, kids clothing etc. The second floor entry was perfumes and it had some more upmarket ladies clothes. This floor has a little bar right at the back where you can sit out on the balcony and overlook the beach and the restaurants and the back of Centro if that gives you any bearings of where I mean!
