Number 3, the police don't enforce helmets, if there is a helmet
the person in control of the bike must wear it, two people one helmet
and the passenger wearing it will get you pulled over and a donation to
the establishment.
Dont get me wrong! not saying this is right, if my wife was on the back and we had one helmet, she would be wearing it!!
