Moved from the Pullman to Bali Dynasty (staying now with 3 other families).
Newbies love hotel choice and love Bali.
Day 3- Just had themed dinner by the pool and then off to Uncle Norms- Again a great night!!!
Day 4 Eating out- Frankenstein Restaurant.(Group of 17) Best hamburger ever! Food prices quite reasonable (drinks bill was more than food bill!!). Band played from about 8.30 and then a show (a few performers dressed up as zombies dancing on stage!) Younger kids liked it- teenagers not really interested!
Day 5 Waterbom- just booked tickets thru hotel tour desk for 10% discount (Family 2 ad/2ch 90USD) Dinner at Ultimo (gorgeous food as usual- $35Aud per person including
cocktails/beers) Beat frozen strawberry margarita here! Booked this restaurant 2 weeks from Australia- reconfirmed on the day and they couldn't find booking- luckily they were able to squeeze us in!!! Then we walked to Zappaz- Female singer in band had great voice- handy place to call in for a few drinks
Day 6- Legian Beach. After all families going their own way for shopping all 17 met up at Bruno's Bar on Legian Beach (front of Legian Beach Hotel)- Teenagers had surf lessons for 12AUD, we had foot massages and nails done whilst having drinks. Stayed for sunset and then had the long walk back to the Dynasty along the beach. Dinner was at Kori Restaurant (Poppies 2- near Bounty Hotel). Love, love , love this restaurant (best hot stone steak- $15 AUD). All up cost $30 pp with beers/cocktails). Great service- newbies will return again.
Have Potato Head/Biku tomorrow and then looking forward to finding a pub to watch the Hawks vs Port match. Life is good in Bali!!!!!!
