As you leave the arrivals hall to the left before you walk thought the ridiculous Duty Free maze on the right hand side in a corner is the temporary taxi desk. They have fixed prices for each destination. We arrived on that flight and by the time we got off the plane went by bus to the terminal, went through VOA and immigration, got our bags, went through customs it was closer to two am. There were heaps of drivers at the desk waiting for passengers.
