I booked a wheelchair and luggage assistance with Virgin Ad/Bali, Bali/Adel. Trip to Bali very good all the help I needed for hubby and myself no complaints, Bali/ Adelaide !!! Denpasar help fabulous but when we arrived Adelaide, wheelchair there as booked but told by female staff member she would only push it 20 paces that was it. Was leftwith hubby (79 T.P.I.) hand luggage and me 72 having had major op earlier in year but cleared to travel to cope alone, we were last off plane by the time I reached customs last ones in there close to tears so Customs officer very kindly retrieved our luggage for us and took us to Aquis, they were both furious and told me to ring and complain !!! Ha Ha Ha Virgin couldn,t have cared less. My grateful thanks to Customs and Aquis staff for their compassion and help. Virgin K.M.A.
