We have used Bakus a couple of times and i agree they are good BUT we never use the company for pickups etc and that avoids the issue in question of time wasting and where they are actually taking you.
We have our own driver and pay him to book us in and he drives us there and back so we can tell him to stop whenever and where ever we fancy on way there or back. Yes it costs a bit more to pay him for the day but he gets the rafting for a cheaper price and we have the reassurance that we are going the right way !!
