Arrived on Friday and while I didn't see the usual touts I did witness a number of groups accompanied to the Indonesian citizen immigration counter avoiding the 90 minute line up to go through the VOA counters (which weren't all staffed as usual). Looked to me that it's still in operation but on the quiet.
