I have a heart condition, and one thing that affects the exacerbation of it, is cigarette smoke. We go out of our way to choose somewhere where there aren't any smokers - and then lo and behold, they come and sit next to US! We then have to get up and move..... They then look at me as though I've smacked them in the head with a wet fish! SO FREAK'N inconsiderate!!!!
Ahhhhh - it drives me nuts - especially at breakfast! Filthy habit....
