Is either the pork belly at Sarong or the 'Chilli Ayo Lobster' at Bluefin Japanese restaurant.
I haven't experienced much proper Balinese cuisine, the closest would have been a few times at Batan Waru in Tuban but I have no idea what I ordered. None of it was very exciting though. The crappy nasi goreng at the breakfast buffets with soft egg yolks mixed through was more tasty than the dishes I had from Batan Waru.
