can be found in most blue ribbon restaurants...chop a little shorten up into tiny pieces, fry quickly in a wok with rice, sesame oil, chili, galang galang root, selected spices, garlic and kecap manis..then distribute to Bali dogs...guaranteed to cause rabies :)
